Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and highly organized Clinic Administrator to oversee the daily operational workflow of our ultrasound facility. The ideal candidate will manage patient coordination, handle front-desk operations, maintain digital medical records, and serve as the central hub of communication between patients, clinical staff, and external medical offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient & Schedule Coordination: Greet patients, manage the appointment booking system, and clearly communicate pre-scan instructions (such as fasting or fluid intake).
- Data & Record Management: Upload finalized reports into Electronic Health Record (EHR) software and ensure they are accurately linked with matching imaging files in the PACS system.
- Referring Office Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for external doctors’ offices, securely routing critical findings, handling fax requests, and resolving report inquiries.
- Compliance & Front-Desk Operations: Manage billing processing, maintain clinic reception, and strictly enforce patient privacy protocols and HIPAA guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of administrative or front-desk experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or diagnostic center.
- Hands-on experience navigating medical billing software and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Valid understanding of clinic workflows and patient confidentiality regulations.
